On December 20, Jayden was baptised! We were so lucky to be able to have his baptism in Orlando so that our family and friends could share such a special day with us.

Merry Christmas!
Well, Jason, Jayden, Nikki, Lola and Champ are headed home for the holidays! We leave tomorrow morning (Tues.) and will be in Orlando until mid-January. We won't be able to blog much while away, so here's to a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to everyone who reads the blog. We love you all! :)
Just for fun!
Thanksgiving!
This year, I cooked a full Thanksgiving meal for the first time, turkey and all! And I am very happy to report that I didn't burn or screw up anything :)
We ha some friends over, which made the day even better! Colin and Guilly brought baby Scarlette, Jason's cousin Jonathan came up from Seattle for the weekend, and Jason's teammate Dean came by too.
Here are some pics of the feast:

Christmas pics... first try
For fun, Nikki thought she'd try to take some Christmas pics of Jayden. What did this accomplish? Well, we learned two things:
1. Jayden likes Christmas lights.
2. Nikki is NOT a photographer.
We will be going to get real pics taken this week... but in the meantime, for your entertainment, here are some of the descent ones!
"Mommy, why am I all wrapped up in lights?"
"Mmmm, these red things taste yummy""Mom, I said I do NOT want this sparkly tree in the picture with me!"
"I am pretty darn cute though, aren't I?"

Jayden's Orlando trip
Jayden received his US passport, so he is officially a dual citizen now! To celebrate, his mommy took him on his first real trip to the US. We went to Orlando in November! Here are some pics from the trip:

Jayden and friends
A few weeks ago, Jayden and I took a trip to Orlando, and we got to meet hiw two new buddies, Carlos Jr. and Joah. The boys' daddies have all been friends forever, so it is only fitting that the little ones are instant friends too.
Here are the boys, chillin together. (Joah, Jayden, and Carlos)
And here are the mommies with our boys! Me, Jenny and Meli:
